I pursued a Master of Science in Social Work (MSW) at Columbia University, specializing in Advanced Clinical Practice. My clinical training included a field placement at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Department of Psychology, where I received extensive training in mental health interventions. I gained in-depth knowledge of evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) under the mentorship of esteemed professors and professionals.

Recognizing the substantial benefits of mindfulness practices, I completed a structured yoga training program and became a registered yoga teacher certified through Yoga Alliance. Mindfulness, supported by scientific research, has been shown to significantly enhance mental clarity and overall well-being.

Nutrition plays a crucial role in emotional health and cognitive function. To deepen my understanding in this area, I completed an intensive Nutrition Health Coach certification at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. This program equipped me with the knowledge to apply evidence-based nutritional strategies to improve mental health, reinforcing the critical connection between a balanced diet and psychological clarity.

These certifications serve as a foundation, informing my approach while allowing me to tailor treatments that produce lasting, impactful results. My short and long-term goals are the same: to help others to thrive and live meaningful lives.
