My Approach

It's evident that there's no universal approach that fits everyone. While I draw upon evidence-based practices and research to inform my decisions and interventions, I prioritize your unique perspective. We each possess an innate understanding of ourselves that serves as a guiding force. Our collaborative work involves exploring the interconnected aspects of your being, including your emotional landscape, somatic experiences, and unconscious dynamics, to understand how they influence your life journey.

My approach is goal-oriented, centered on actualizing the objectives you set during our sessions to ensure their attainability. I strive to  create a space where you can be authentic and open. A mentor once compared personal growth to art, and it resonated with me. I used to think there was a formulaic approach to feeling better, like solving a math problem. However, I realized the internal path to healing is more like painting – there's no one right way to do it. Embracing that uncertainty has shown me how we can transform our stories and make real changes. And just like an artist takes brushstrokes to a canvas, self-discovery allows us to shape and redefine our narratives, opening doors to new possibilities.
